Tuscaloosa has had a longstanding relationship with Germany and many businesses and individuals who were born and raised there. It’s our desire to establish the Tuscaloosa Oktoberfest as an authentic festival that brings people from all walks of life into the heart of Downtown Tuscaloosa for a day of family-friendly fun, live music featuring Oompah-Calypse, activities and contests, good food, and of course… beer. Stay tuned for more information. This will be a new experience that you won’t want to miss!

Run the streets of Downtown Tuscaloosa with an Oktoberfest themed race! Replenish stations will look at little different compared to your normal 5k… we’re talking pretzels, sausages, drinks and more! Each race participant will receive free entry into Oktoberfest and will get their first beer free (for those 21+).
Located in Downtown Tuscaloosa. Race starts at 9:00am.
